Lewcy Manor has been transformed from its humble origins as a 5,000-square-foot home built in the 1980s. It has evolved into an opulent and expansive 17,000-square-foot masterpiece. In the 1990's the mansion undertook an extensive renovation by Edward Tennison, a renowned Beverly Hills designer and builder. The addition of the outdoor features—such as the moat, gazebo, waterfalls, and walking trails—crafted by a local landscape architect, further enhances the estate's allure.

Now in 2024, this single-story estate stands as a testament to the vision of those who transformed it, creating a home share rental that harmoniously blends classic charm with contemporary luxury. Sitting on 2.5 acres of well-manicured grounds, the property offers eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and nine shared spaces. With scenic views of Lake Overholser, this home presents a beautiful location for both adventure and relaxation.

Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in The Grand Room. A stately space offering a large seating area facing a lavish fireplace. A Grand Piano and bar sit adjacent making the space ideal for entertaining.

Behind the Grand Room is the Gallery Dining Room. Large windows allow for a flood of light into this space. There is plenty of seating to dine with all of your guests.

The Parlor adjoins the Gallery Dining Room. It offers a large sitting space looking out to the Courtyard and Pool.

Down the hall from the Art Gallery is the Lewcy Lounge. A comfortable room to watch a movie, play video games, or relax.

The Kitchen is spacious and well equipped for food prep. It features a large central island, double refrigerators, double ovens, a 6-burner gas cooktop and plentiful countertop space. Adjoining is another dining space with access to the courtyard.
